Course Description

In this course, students focus on improving profitability and effectiveness in the operation of a parts department through a comprehensive parts operations review. Students are provided the tools better to manage the daily operations of a parts department and contribute to overall dealership performance.

This hybrid course begins with an online component followed by an in-person component in Edmonton.
