Become a Associate Member

Please use the form below to start your associate membership application with us. Please also download and sign our Associate Code of Conduct (PDF) document, attaching it to your application below.

Applications are reviewed, vetted and approved by the MDA Board of Directors. MDA will advise the applicant of the Board’s decision. Upon Board approval, an invoice for $1,000 (+ GST) will be issued annually.

Your company logo, linked to your website, will appear in the Associate Member directory.

In MDA Communications

Upon approval as an Associate Member, your company will be announced in the “New Members” section of MDA’s e-newsletter.

Only Associate Members are eligible to purchase banner advertising space in MDA’s monthly e-newsletter.

Receive a one-time complimentary distribution of a promotional email to all MDA Dealer Members, exclusive to your company. (You will provide the email’s content.)

Where Dealers Gather

Be included in the MDA Annual Chairperson’s Tour information package. Provide a single-page information/promotion document that MDA will distribute to dealers in attendance at these meetings held throughout the province.

Sponsor the Western Canada Dealer Summit (additional investment required).

Connect Directly with Dealers

Connect directly with dealers

Introduce and foster relationships with MDA Dealer Members by attending the annual Western Canadian Dealer Summit. Take in informative speakers at spectacular venues, too.

Access the MDA Membership Roster and reach out directly to all MDA Dealer and Associate Members.

Upon request, MDA will provide membership contact information—including the names of Dealer Principals and General Managers—in an Excel spreadsheet making mail and email campaigns easy to personalize and target.

Inspire Confidence

Use the MDA Logo and “Associate Member in Good Standing” in your advertising and marketing to MDA Members.

Associate Membership is considered an endorsement by the MDA. The onus is on your organization to promote itself, but many members appreciate the support and the fact that associates have been vetted and approved by the Board of Directors.

Differentiate From Your Competition

MDA Dealer Members are encouraged to prioritize their business with Associate Members over non-members because they have invested in the Association by supporting the MDA’s industry and government relations efforts.

Most members inquire with the Association about membership status prior to engaging new suppliers.
