We have exciting news to share – our MDA associate member and long-standing partner, PBS Systems, has graciously stepped up to host our February session at their Headquarters. The PBS HQ boasts an amazing training facility that we will leverage to kickstart the unWorkshop 2024 series.

Morning Session: Blueprint Marketing Strategy
We will dive into a true "Blueprint Marketing strategy" specifically related to dealership operations. As many of our regular attendees are familiar with, the unWorkshop series core SOSTAC strategy, we will walk through a solid foundational roadmap that covers the core strategies and practices for your in-house team.
Afternoon Session: Emerging A.I. Technologies
We have confirmed two great guest presenters to explore the emerging A.I. technologies revolutionizing all businesses. Our guest speakers include:
- Ben Ayed from AutoService Ai: A Fixed Operations focused company that pioneered innovations to help service and parts departments evolve their offerings. Ben will walk us through the latest technology developments and strategies utilized by early adopter dealerships and service centers in Canada and the USA.
- "Mastering AI to Transform Your Dealership Media and Content Strategy" with Sean Toussi: Currently serving as the CEO and co-founder of Glo3D.com, Sean is an expert in marketing personalization and loyalty trends.
Afternoon wrap up and Freestyle/Showcase Session:
