|The SAIT Automotive Management Certificate Program is offered in partnership with Motor Dealers' Association of Alberta. These tailor designed courses will provide you with practical skills that you can use in your day-to-day operations. Participants can complete 12 courses to earn a SAIT "Applied Management Certificate". Courses can be taken in any order but must be completed in 5 years.
The next course, “Problem Solving & Decision Making - is a 2 day (14hr) course, and is scheduled for March 9 & 11 and March 16 & 18 from 8:30am to noon. Course information is as follows:
|Each day you must make a multitude of decisions to solve problems, handle crises and take advantage of opportunities. In this problem-solving and decision-making course, you will examine the influences on decisions, apply ethics to decision making and learn to apply various techniques and processes for individual and group decision making. As you explore workplace problem solving, you will learn to recognize barriers to effective decision making and actions that support effective decisions.
